Recent highlights include advising the immunotherapies expert BioNTech on its biggest acquisition to date, of an AI start-up, Instadeep; working with Ameresco on Bristol City Leap, a 20-year partnership to decarbonise and achieve carbon neutrality by 2030; and acting for Siemens Mobility in its High Court challenge regarding the award of a £2.7 billion contract for new HS2 trains.

The firm has committed to the 1.5C business statement. It was validated by the Science Based Targets initiative for its near-term net-zero UK target to reduce emissions by 50 per cent across all scopes by 2030 and awaits approval for its UK long-term target reaching 90 per cent-plus reduction against 2019-20 by 2040.
