Long leaf stud earrings by Katy Hackney

These earrings, made of silver painted with red enamel, cost £60 a pair. Katy Hackney was born in Dundee in 1967 and studied jewellery at the Edinburgh College of Art and Royal College of Art. Helen Feiler was born in 1952 and spends the summer at Newlyn, Cornwall, where she has a gallery, and the winter on the Kenyan coast. She calls herself a painter “of natural beauty”. This Cornish seascape, in pastel on paper, costs £950.
