Myerson, which is based in a 20,000 sq ft office in Altrincham, represents private clients and high-net-worth individuals in matters such as wealth disputes, asset protection and tax and succession planning.

The firm’s main focus is the business community of south Manchester and Cheshire, but this year its real estate team branched out to work in the north Cotswolds.

It was involved in a refinance with Lloyds Bank for Stroud Regeneration Limited concerning the Five Valleys retail and leisure scheme in Stroud to fund the creation of a medical centre, library and other amenities.

Its corporate and employment teams also worked for the leading exam board AQA Education on acquisitions including Training Qualifications UK, Blutick and GradeMaker.
