The firm, which has its head office in Liverpool, successfully represented a client in divorce proceedings involving significant business interests. During the case it was discovered that significant financial assets held by one of the parties had not been disclosed to the court. The firm obtained court orders to ensure the resources were disclosed and supported the firm’s client through issues of coercive, financial and emotional abuse.

It represented a parent in a case that involved forced marriage, child trafficking, honour-based abuse and care proceedings. The litigation spanned across three jurisdictions and two English local authorities.
