The firm frequently works in the fast-moving consumer goods, charity, recruitment, publishing, pharmaceutical and fintech sectors. Its largest client has 15,000 UK employees, although most have between 100 and 2,000 employees.
A recent case involved collective redundancy (affecting more than 100 people at seven UK sites) at a national charity, liaising with a trade union.
Others involved advising on the employment law implications of the closure of a final-salary pension scheme for a leading international company, and defending a complex career-loss discrimination claim valued by the claimant in excess of £1.4 million.
