Mirrored wine glass by Angela Perry
Perry is no slouch and has already spent a summer working on the sets of Big Brother. “If you ask me for 100 ideas, I will come up with 200,” she says. These quirky mirrored drinking glasses, right, were inspired by seeing too many friends in wine bars with food stuck in their teeth. “I also like the idea of being able to quickly pop some lipstick on after a sip of merlot,” she says.

Landscape glass vessels by Christine Keers
“Once you’ve tried glass-blowing, you never want to do anything else,” says Keers, who signed up for an evening class and then took a degree in glass and ceramics. Her Landscape collection of hand-blown, polished green glass vessels — “Not vases,” she insists — was inspired by aerial shots of English fields.

Daisy seating by Gemma Lewis
Having focused on working spaces for her degree, Lewis says she is now “obsessed” with giving office furniture character, mainly in the shape of animals and plants. The Daisy is a chain of curved stools on casters that can be wheeled around an office to form a flower-head shape for brainstorming sessions, or broken into a long chain for casual lounging.

Camellia table by Georgia Gidzinski
Pretty yet practical, the side table has three Perspex “petals” on a steel stalk that open to reveal floral interiors for storing cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper grinders “and perhaps some sauces or chutneys”.
