Clutching what appeared to be a betting slip, Mia Tindall roared on the horses from the stands at Cheltenham yesterday.
The eight-year-old daughter of Zara Tindall, 41, and her husband, Mike, 44, the former England rugby international, was spotted cheering home the runners and riders during the New Year’s Day meeting.
She held on tightly to a scrap of paper from the bookmakers The Tote, although there is no suggestion she had placed a bet as those aged under 18 cannot legally gamble.

Dressed in a grey coat with brown boots, Mia was joined by her sister, Lena, four, in the stands at the Gloucestershire venue.
Their mother has evidently passed her passion for horses on to her daughters. Zara, daughter of the Princess Royal, won a silver medal at the 2012 Olympics for eventing and was voted the BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 2006.

She wore a navy winter coat from The Fold, a hat from Somerset Millinery and black-heeled boots from Fairfax & Favor.
Mike Tindall, the England World Cup winner who came fourth in I’m a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here!, was wearing a grey, single-breasted jacket over a dress shirt and tie. He also wore camel chinos and a flat cap.
Mia was seen on Christmas Day giving her cousin Prince George, nine, a playful poke in the back as she passed him during the family’s walk from church at Sandringham.
Last autumn she charmed onlookers by briefly playing hopscotch on the pavement after leaving St George’s Chapel at Windsor after the committal service for Queen Elizabeth.
