2 aubergines
200g mozzarella
4 tomatoes, sliced
50g Parmesan
100g tomato sauce
Basil
Slice the aubergine and fry without oil until brown on the outside and soft in the middle. Layer the aubergine, tomato, tomato sauce, basil, sliced mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 160-170 degrees for ten minutes.
