Kier announces its full-year results on Thursday, the same day the Unite Group, which develops accommodation for students, unveils its first-half results.
In retail, analysts will be watching closely for a revival at French Connection, which reports its first-half results on Tuesday. In May, analysts halved profit forecasts for the fashion retailer after it revealed dismal trading figures at its annual meeting.
