DANCE TO THE MUSIC OF TIME

This exhibition celebrates the history of performing arts in the region. Paintings, prints and drawings from the museum’s collections recall highlights such as the portrait of actress Ellen Pollock as Lady Macbeth and a group of colourful watercolours by John Milne Purvis, inspired by Shakespeare’s plays, which were designed as wall decorations for the foyer of the original Dundee Repertory theatre.
