Simon David Ennals has been appointed a judge of the first-tier tribunal of the Social Entitlement Chamber (Social Security and Child Support), assigned to the Central Region and based in Birmingham, with effect from November 2, 2009.
Mr Ennals, 50, was admitted as a solicitor in 1995. He was appointed as a fee-paid legally qualified panel member of the Appeal Tribunals in 2001, and as a fee-paid immigration judge in 2007.
