The Times is the media partner for this year’s Remploy Leading the Way awards, which recognise those employers who make significant efforts to recruit and retain disabled people.
The awards, now in their 11th year, celebrate and promote the benefits of employing disabled people by recognising companies who make significant efforts to encourage diversity. There are awards for small organisations (up to 100 employees); medium organisations (101 to 1,000 employees); and large organisations (those with more than 1,000). There is an award for innovation; an award for the organisation that provides the best opportunities for learning new skills; and an award for retention of employees.
