This unashamedly niche firm sticks to its specialism of commercial property work and proudly does not “dabble”. Most of the firm’s work comes from 20 to 30 significant clients.

Through actively embracing technology, clients can access in real time all of their files and documents via the firm’s web portal. Many clients use Land Law’s online deeds stores to assist them in the management of properties and completion of transactions.

Angus Whyte, a former partner with Addleshaw Goddard, founded the firm in 1998 and now acts principally for landlords and developers. The firm, which has offices in Greater Manchester and Yorkshire, supports leading national and international companies. Helen Davidson, one of the partners, recently worked on the development and letting of a regional shopping centre.
