The firm’s partner Louise Abbott is advising investors on their claim over the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX. She is reviewing which legal entity their claim is against, whether they need to file in the US and whether they have a claim in fraud against the corporate entity or directors of the business.

Partner Prashanth Satyadeva advised Playtech, a software provider to the gambling industry, on the issuance of €300 million 5.875 per cent senior secured notes due in 2028. The new notes have been assigned an issue rating of BB and have been admitted to the Official List of Euronext Dublin and can be traded on the Global Exchange Market.
