Forget tiger — 2022 is really the year of the fox. Julia Fox, that is.
Never heard of her. Obviously.
Well, you’d better get to know her — she is writing a masterpiece.
Says who? Her PR?
Herself.
That doesn’t count. I echo the same sentiment every time I compose an Instagram caption. And you still haven’t bothered to tell me who she is.
Sorry. She’s the woman who took a purse covered in real hair to the Oscars Vanity Fair party.
O-kay . . .
And who wore a black leather dress with a neckline moulded into a hand gripping her throat.
Right.

And dated Kanye West for six weeks.
Is she OK?
And does her eye make-up like Natalie Portman in Black Swan, in swooping, thick black streaks. Her 1.2 million Instagram followers tune into tutorials to attempt to replicate what she calls the Fox Eye.
This is shaping up to be quite the CV.
She also fashions outfits from cut-up jeans and vest tops.
Must be chilly this time of year. But where did she come from?
Like all good It girls, relative obscurity. The 32-year-old Italian-American actress starred in the indie flick Uncut Gems alongside Adam Sandler in 2019 and has been on the rise since.
So why am I only hearing about her now?
She came into particular focus this past fashion month when she showed up on the front row with West in Paris bedecked in outré designer garms. Now she is writing a book.
Which is a masterpiece.

So she said in a video interview at the Vanity Fair party — a move that was the stuff of brazen self-aggrandisement or clever self-mockery.
It’s Hollywood. We may never know.
