The firm acted for the wife in financial remedy proceedings where the couple’s assets came to about £15 million, including a valuable family business. The couple own 66.67 per cent of the shares together and their joint shareholding was valued at £6 million.

It is acting for a husband who is a shareholder in a family business and also the beneficiary of offshore family trusts. The assets in the case amount to £3.5 million plus family and trust assets estimated to be worth more than £30 million.

Its lawyers are also acting for a husband who earns more than £1.9 million a year. The parties hold assets of about £10 million and the wife has received a £1 million inheritance.
