There were present: the Rt. Hon. Amber Rudd MP (Secretary of State for the Home Department, acting for the President), the Rt. Hon. Karen Bradley MP (Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport), the Rt. Hon. James Brokenshire MP (Secretary of State for Northern Ireland) and the Rt. Hon. Brandon Lewis MP (Minister of State, Home Office).
Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

By command of The Queen, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr. Evan Garcia at 6-11 Suffolk Street, London SW1, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of the Philippines to the Court of St. James’s.
