... I received energy I was 18 and sunbathing in Central Park. A man was sitting under a tree with a sign saying: “Ring this bell to receive energy.” I don’t normally approach strangers, but it just felt instinctive. He didn’t want money — it would be wrong to pay for something I already had. I had to clear my mind and just focus on my hand. We didn’t touch, but fed off each other’s energy, palm to palm, for an hour and a half. It felt like the G-force. Afterwards, I couldn’t stand up. My whole body was throbbing. It made the world seem a smaller and more beautiful place. I can do it on others now — I can just lean on my sister and get energy. We only use 15% of our brains — this is another way to get more from our bodies.

The last time ...

... I gate-crashed it was an ultra-exclusive party at the Belvedere, in LA. There was a ridiculous queue, so we decided to find the back entrance. Security were already onto us, so we started this wacky chase through the valet car park, into the kitchens and up in a lift that we had to wait for some German tourists to activate. Then the lift doors opened into the party — loads of really sceney people posing round the pool. We were all really hyped up and ready to party. Gate-crashing is always a better way to get in. You feel you’ve got one over on everyone. Parties need gate-crashers — they bring extra energy. It’s also flattering to the host. We actually had more fun getting into the party than at the party itself.
