Outplayed and completely outclassed in the first half, ‘Stan’ took a bold move and sent out an attacking front six for the second. Unlike his predecessor, Staunton realises friendlies are just that, a chance to experiment, try out new combinations and look at new players. Do we really want to return to the negative, dour football that made our previous attempts at qualification incredibly painful to watch? Remember, we are fourth seeds for a reason!
