These recipes are a taster of my new book Yummy! Every Parent’s Nutrition Bible. It is for parents of children aged between 2 and 11, a time that’s vital for establishing a love of yummy good food that will last a lifetime. I decided to write it as soon as I became a parent, when I adopted Maya (above right) two years ago. I wanted delicious meals but with easy recipes that didn’t take an age to shop for or cook.
