Gadgets tend to come in a predictable range of no-nonsense black, grey or silver. Intempo has broken with tradition to produce a DAB radio aimed at people of a Lady Penelope persuasion. The Baby Pink is an addition to the already successful KT range and is finished in a natty pink-and-white colour scheme. All the expected features are there: DAB and FM tuners; good sound quality from the stereo speakers; eight station presets; clear digital stereo sound from the twin speakers; LCD information screen and an alarm function. Big buttons on the front mean it is easy to use and tuning is excellent.

Verdict: Fab listening
