Blue Star Jets, a New York company, began its Air Salon Services this month to provide passengers with everything from Botox injections to smooth out wrinkles to cheek implants and breast lifts.
There is a full range of plastic surgery to choose from, including a forehead lift for about $6,500 (£3,600), Botox injections to take away forehead lines and crow’s feet for $1,500 or even a tummy tuck for $8,500.
Rates depend on the destination and services. Passengers can choose their mode of transport — helicopter, executive jet, jumbo jet — and then their beauty and dining requirements.
The surgery will be carried out by Dr Z Paul Lorenc, a plastic surgeon who normally operates on Manhattan’s Park Avenue.
The squeamish will be relieved to know that all surgery and injections are carried out while the aircraft are on the ground because the risk of turbulence is too high to perform operations in flight.

Debbie Dickinson, Blue Star Jets vice-president and a former model, said that many of the company’s clients were travelling to big events like the Oscars and needed a “pick me up” after they landed.
The Air Salon can offer passengers a complete beauty package — a haircut and styling, massage, manicure and pedicure. There is also a nutritionist on board to give counselling on diets and help customers to plan meals.
A full hair design service will set you back $5,000, while the cost for a pre-flight nutrition consultation and anti- ageing menu preparation is $2,000.
