In 1997 Bullfrog launched a comical hospital simulation game called Theme Hospital. It was your job to balance the books and make the world of healthcare work. Ten years on and not much has changed.
This game has better graphics and a degree of humour but otherwise there's nothing new. This lack of innovation is compounded by annoying features such as when a character speaks the dialogue appears written on the screen while nonsense noises play over the computer speakers. This may have been acceptable in 1997, but not now.
