The Hills & Harbour gin bottle has a reusable measure as a stopper, and the glass weight has been reduced by 30 per cent compared with its predecessor. Its ergonomic shape means the bottle can be repurposed as a carafe or vase.

Grapefruit syrup
Elderflower cordial
Two sprigs of noble fir
Grapefruit half-moon
Ice
Soda
Method
1 Fill Boston shaker with ice.
2 Pour in 50ml Hills & Harbour gin.
3 Add five drops of grapefruit syrup.
4 Add 25ml elderflower cordial.
5 Add 1 sprig noble fir.
6 Shake and double strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
7 Garnish with grapefruit and sprig of noble fir.
8 Top with soda.
