Ground Zero, the film set

Oliver Stone has recreated the wreckage at Ground Zero in a set for his new film, World Trade Centre. The Hollywood director has built the set in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, for the film, which is billed as an uplifting story about New Yorkers helping one another in the face of tragedy.

It tells the story of two Port Authority police officers, John McLoughlin and Will Jimeno, who were the last rescue workers pulled from the wreckage alive after the September 11, 2001 attacks.
