Sir, My wine label promised me a “rich buttery texture that showcases the ripe papaya, apple and poached pear characters”.
Partial barrel fermentation apparently added layers of toast and French vanilla.
Unfortunately my palate was not refined enough to appreciate these subtle flavours, which is a shame because I thought the toast flavour might see me through breakfast.
