Ingredients
1 bottle white wine
10 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 handful mixed fresh herbs, eg rosemary, thyme, tarragon
½ tsp crushed peppercorns
Method
Bring the bottle of wine, garlic and herbs to the boil, then add the peppercorns and boil for a few minutes. Remove from the heat, leave to cool, then pour into an airtight container. Strain before using.
