The BBC has for the first time revealed the names of all stars who earn more than £150,000. Of the 96 presenters and performers listed, about a third are women.

ACTORS

£350,000 - £399,999
Derek Thompson, 69. Has played Charlie Fairhead, a senior nurse, in Casualty since it began in 1986.

Amanda Mealing, 50. Plays Connie Beauchamp in Holby City and then in Casualty.
