Cheese. I’m allergic to it, but even if I wasn’t, I wouldn’t touch it with a bargepole.
First food memory?
Eating my first hot-cross bun. I was two years old and managed to eat the whole thing. My family couldn’t believe it.

I had an amazing dinner for my 30th birthday in Ibiza. Mind you, I can’t remember exactly what I ate, but I know there was some gorgeous raw tuna in there somewhere ...

Sexiest food?
Lobster is pretty sexy, especially when eaten with your hands while dining alfresco on some beautiful island. It’s probably not so sexy eaten while sitting on my sofa in front of the television.
Desert-island dish?
George Clooney, lightly oiled with very little garnish.
When I want to ... cheer up my male buddies, I will cook shepherd’s pie in the winter and honey-and-mustard chicken in the summer. It never fails.
