Lloyds Banking Group is being joined today by the international law firms Baker McKenzie, Pinsent Masons and Berwin Leighton Paisner in Stonewall’s first list of Britain’s top ten transgender inclusive employers.

The bank was recognised for a wide range of transgender inclusive policies and activities, including advertisements with straplines such as “This is who I am”.

Stonewall also published a top 100 list ranking employers for overall inclusive policies and practices for lesbian, gay and bisexual staff. This year’s list was topped by the National Assembly of Wales.
