The motorbike enthusiast Rob Fletcher formed the firm in 1987 with a passion to protect the rights of injured accident victims. During the past year the firm has continue to expand, opening offices in Leeds and in Liverpool city centre.

Its specialist birth injury team secured a judgment against an NHS hospital for the family of an 11-year-old boy who suffered a brain injury at birth. Fabricated notes by midwives prolonged legal proceedings and the family’s fight for justice.

The firm advised in a complex case related to a delay in the diagnosis of bacterial meningitis resulting in two below-the-knee amputations, loss of most fingers on both hands, and renal failure, which settled for £10.5 million.
