Highlights of the past year for this large litigation specialist have included the successful defence in the High Court of an extremely wealthy Ukrainian businessman against claims worth more than $300 million brought by the Russian state-owned oil company Tatneft.

It was the longest remote hearing dealt with by the Commercial Court, involving evidence given from locations around the world. Enyo continues to defend the businessman, Gennadiy Bogolyubov, in a claim for almost £2 billion brought by Privatbank, the largest bank in Ukraine.

The firm also represented a different state-owned oil company in a $1.3 billion International Chamber of Commerce arbitration linked to oil concessions off Brazil.
