This Manchester-headquartered listed law firm advised Durham county council in the UK’s first case brought under the Subsidy Control Act 2022, which involved the council’s waste collection. It is also advising Arts Council England in the first individual subsidy reference to go to the Competition and Markets Authority under the same act.
The firm recently began working with Aspen Insurance on a global claims management contract and has been appointed to the Crown Commercial Service’s e-disclosure and review services framework. The firm, which offers integrated legal and business services, has been reappointed to Aviva’s core legal panel.
