Q I've just got back from a wedding in the US. Can we put our pictures and videos on a website so guests can view each other's files privately?

A There are many video and photo sharing sites, some of which are open for all to view. If you want to be selective about who looks at your material you need a site that restricts access. Try Multiply (www.multiply.com), which lets you upload video and photos and maintain a private blog. It's free and nicely designed.
Q I have picked up something called IncrediMail on my system which I cannot get rid of. Can you help?

A IncrediMail is an e-mail program with templates, 3-D animations and backgrounds. To remove the program, go to Start, Programs, IncrediMail and click on Uninstall IncrediMail. Select the Unininstall IncrediMail button on the next screen and after you click Next the program will be removed. More at tinyurl.com/ydgej9
