Thomson replies: “The room occupancy supplements are introduced into the pricing system because we negotiate rooms with hoteliers on a per-room, not a per-person, basis, so there is an additional fee for a lower occupancy.
“Thomson continually reviews the standards of accommodation. Our holidaymakers have been generally happy at the unit and it is licensed for four people. However, as this point has now been brought to our attention, we will look into it with the hotelier.”
