The Most Reverend and Right Honourable the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury was received in audience by The Queen today.

The following were received in audience by The Queen and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty’s Ambassadors: Mr. George Hodgson (the Republic of Senegal), Mr. John Marshall (the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), Dr. Carole Crofts (the Republic of Azerbaijan) and Mr. Mark Kent (the Argentine Republic).

Mrs. Hodgson and Ms. Martine Delogne were also received by Her Majesty.

His Royal Highness, Patron, Combat Stress, afterwards received representatives from Combat Stress and the Police Dependants’ Trust.

His Royal Highness, Patron, The Prince’s Countryside Fund, later held a Meeting at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales afterwards received Air Chief Marshal Sir Stuart Peach (Chief of the Defence Staff).

His Royal Highness, President, the British Asian Trust, subsequently held a Meeting to launch the British Asian Trust Rural Livelihoods Fund report.
