Crisp & Co was founded in 1996 by the husband and wife duo Henry and Michele Crisp to provide specialist legal advice in matrimonial and family law. Since then, the firm has expanded to 17 locations across London, Bath, Bristol, Guildford and Manchester.
As well as advising in all aspects of family law, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, international relocation cases, children cases and fertility law, the firm promotes alternative dispute resolution and has a trained mediator and collaborative lawyers in the team.
Recent cases include acting for the wife of a director of a multinational corporation in Russia. The case involved several millions of pounds worth of assets in Russia, Singapore and the UK, third-party disclosure orders and complex litigation.
Separately, it represented the mother in a highly disputed international relocation case, involving three jurisdictions and allegations of abduction, parental alienation and domestic abuse.
