Over the past year its private client team has continued to advise on high-value and multifaceted cases. It is acting for a longstanding client and their family with an estate comprising multiple properties in a number of jurisdictions; a substantial share portfolio, including stocks in a private family trading company; a Lloyd’s underwriting business; and chattels of national importance.

Highlights for Cripps’s property team include advising on a £40 million collective enfranchisement claim on a prime central London building and acting for an institutional investor in connection with its £230 million acquisition and funding of a portfolio of logistics assets.

The firm is also working on the long-term stewardship for landed estates clients, development and regeneration projects for national developers, and investment and landlord and tenant work for investors and occupiers across different asset classes, including residential.
