His Excellency Mr Sherif Kamel was received in audience by The Queen today via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Heba Ismail was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Hakim Hajoui was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Kingdom of Morocco to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Lamia Amor was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Philip Barton (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs) was present.

The Queen was represented by Mr Edward Parsons (Land Agent, Sandringham) at the Funeral of Mrs Ian Baillie which was held at St Mary the Virgin Church, Hillington, Norfolk, this afternoon.

Their Royal Highnesses this morning visited Waterford City.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall afterwards visited the Medieval Museum, Cathedral Square, the Viking Triangle, Waterford, and attended a Reception given by the Mayor at Waterford City Hall.

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon visited the House of Waterford Crystal, 28 the Mall, Waterford.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this morning attended the Commissioning Parade for the inaugural Initial Officer Training Programme at the Caribbean Military Academy, Kingston, Jamaica.

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon departed Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston, for the Bahamas and were received later upon arrival at Lynden Pindling International Airport by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas (Sir Cornelius Smith).
