September 20: The Duke of York this morning visited St Leonard’s School, St. Andrews, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Fife (Mrs Margaret Dean).

His Royal Highness, Captain, the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, afterwards visited Heritage Golf of St Andrews Limited, St Andrews.

BUCKINGHAM PALACE

September 20: The Princess Royal this morning departed Royal Air Force Lyneham for Malta and was received on arrival at Malta International Airport this afternoon by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Malta (His Excellency Mr Vincent Fean).

Her Royal Highness was received afterwards by The President of the Republic of Malta at San Anton Palace, Attard.

The Princess Royal later attended a Ceremony to mark the Fiftieth Inauguration Anniversary at the Royal Air Force Memorial, Floriana.

Her Royal Highness this evening attended a Reception given by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Malta at Villa de Giorgio, San Pawl tat Targa, Naxxar.

September 20: The Duke of Gloucester, President, British Consultants and Construction Bureau, today chaired the panel of judges for the British International Expertise Awards 2004 at 1 Westminster Palace Gardens, Artillery Row, London SW1.

His Royal Highness afterwards attended the Natural Resources International Photographic Exhibition at the Department for International Development, 1 Palace Street, London SW1.
