LEAP — HR Managers’ Development Programme

Employers’ Organisation for local government

The LEAP programme consists of two separate elements: coaching and action learning. The two elements have been developed by working in partnership with the regional employers’ organisations to help HR managers to improve their strategic HR skills.

Senior HR professionals in local authorities who are looking to develop their strategic HR capability.

How much does it cost?

£1,500 + VAT for HR coaching and £750 + VAT for action learning.

Time commitment?

HR coaching: six two-hour sessions over six months. Action learning: seven sessions over nine months.

When is the next course?

Late March/early April.
