Housing Law Update

HART

HART is a new training provider on housing issues. This is the first of four seminars and will focus specifically on security of tenure, homelessness legislation, antisocial behaviour and human rights legislation. The notion of maximising housing rights for homeless and vulnerable households will underpin the event. Recent case law will be used to illustrate how organisations have recently interpreted the legislation. Delegates should take away a comprehensive summary of key legislative decisions.

“We want to promote a high level of delegate engagement in this seminar, so we are limiting numbers to a maximum of 20. That way, each delegate will have the opportunity to discuss the issues most relevant to his or her own professional context.”
