Written by the firm’s lawyers and mediators, the site is designed to be a source of free information and helpful tips for separated couples who want to co-parent amicably and effectively.

Adding to its divorce and relationship breakdown services, Burgess Mee has started providing advice on wills, estate planning and powers of attorney. And with the addition of the respected family lawyer Natalie Sutherland, who now leads the modern families department, its surrogacy and fertility law practice has expanded in the past year.

Through its involvement with Drive Forward, a not-for-profit organisation that helps young adults who grew up in foster or residential care, Burgess Mee offers work experience placements and mentoring.
