Among its standout deals over the past year, the firm advised Union Investment Real Estate, a German fund manager, on its €500 million acquisition of the new One Braham office tower in Aldgate, east London. The building has been let to BT and will become its headquarters by the end of the year.

A cross-practice team advised AGR Renewables, a green energy developer, on an £86 million project for the development, sale and construction of one of the world’s most advanced greenhouses, at a site near Ely, Cambridgeshire. It will allow produce such as tomatoes and cucumbers to be grown year-round, avoiding the carbon emissions usually involved in importing them.

The firm was also appointed to the UK government’s trade law panel, which advises on post-Brexit international trade negotiations and disputes.
