Serves 6-8
2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 tsp truffle-infused olive oil
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh truffle shavings to serve (optional)
1 Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling, salted water for 2-3 minutes, until just tender. Drain well. Mix the truffle oil and olive oil together and drizzle over the broccoli. Season to taste.
