US: Pre-trial hearing takes place in the case of Harvey Weinstein, who has been extradited from New York to Los Angeles to face ten sexual assault charges relating to allegations from five women between 2004 and 2013. Weinstein, a former Hollywood producer, was convicted of a criminal sexual act and third-degree rape in February 2020 and is serving a 23-year sentence, against which he has appealed.
