Since 1722 Boodle Hatfield has been acting for wealthy individuals, families, property owners and businesses. This year its lawyers have worked on several mixed-use developments and office conversions in London, including the iconic Harcourt House development at 19A Cavendish Square. Other highlights include a number of substantial portfolio disposals and advising on a significant number of purchases of prime residential property, in London and rural areas.

The firm continues to act for some of the largest family-owned businesses in the UK and internationally, and advises on complex international wealth structuring for businesses and private individuals. Since its early days Boodle Hatfield has acted for the Grosvenor Estate and advises it still.

Over the past year its lawyers have advised a number of family offices on the commercial challenges posed by Brexit and the pandemic, and acted for clients in the serviced office and co-working sector on leasing and management agreements.
