Dr Andrea Ruth Cope (née Rosefield) passed away peacefully on 5th October 2023, aged 84. Devoted daughter of Paul and Cissie, beloved wife of Leslie, loving mother to Tim and Simon, and doting grandmother to Benjamin and Jessica.
Adored sister of John and Stephen, and lifelong friend of Mitzi.
She was a wonderful doctor in the NHS for more than 50 years, greatly loved by her patients and colleagues alike.
Despite considerable adversity, her indomitable spirit and kindness will be an inspiration forever to all those whose lives she touched.
Funeral service to take place at North Chapel, Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium at 12.30pm to be followed by committal at Mill Hill Cemetery.

Dr Michael Hodgson passed away peacefully on 21st October 2023, aged 93. An adored village doctor from 1960 to 1990, he remained in Croxley Green after retirement demonstrating his enduring passion for the living world and travelling to most corners of it with his wife Nancy in an inspiring celebration of 75 years of togetherness. She and his three sons and grandchildren will never forget such goodness — he simply embodied the spirit of Hippocrates. “Wherever the art of medicine is loved there is also a love of humanity”.
