Sir, Simon Morris, of CMS Cameron McKenna, chastises the FSA for publishing details of complaints against the banks and other financial organisations (“Banks top the bill as financial customers deliver 9 million complaints”, Business, Sept 4), with the aside that “it creates an alarming, and inaccurate, impression that (these) firms are not to be trusted”.
Has he, like the Japanese first lady, been on Venus for the past few years?
