Spring has sprung and serotonin-boosting shades are about to take over your wardrobe. Wondering which colour to covet? Go green – it’s more wearable than you think.

The craze started on the catwalks, of course. Designers such as Supriya Lele, Stella McCartney and Rejina Pyo had all gone gaga for it, favouring Kelly green across their spring/summer collections. Now the high street has followed suit. From sage to lime, emerald tones and chartreuse, our favourite brands are awash with it.

If you’re confident, make like the style set and wear the colour in varying tones from head to toe.
